Introducing Birder Murders to San AntonioSwift Justice by Jan Dunlap

January 5, 2017

I’m so excited to be speaking for the first time to the San Antonio Audubon Society! Along with chatting about birds and writing the Birder Murders, I’m hoping to pick up some great tips for my own birding in my new Texas location. The meeting is slated for 7:00 pm at The First Tee, 915 East Mulberry Ave, San Antonio, Texas. I’ll have copies of The Kiskadee of Death for sale and signing, plus some of the earlier books in the series, so join me for a fun night of bird-talk!

Kiskadee of death coverACAS author talk in Harlingen, TX

January 12, 2017

This will be a really entertaining evening as I present my “Birds of a Feather” program to an audience smack-dab in the heart of the area where The Kiskadee of Death is set! Hosted by the Arroyo Colorado Audubon Society, members and the general public are invited to this special evening, beginning at 6:30, at the Harlingen Public Library, 410 76 Drive, Harlingen, TX. I’ll be revealing the true stories behind the fiction in many of the books of the Bob White Birder Murder Mystery series, with a special emphasis on the people and places that appear in the 7th book, from Harlingen to Weslaco to Mission, TX!
