It’s a new month and I’ve got two big launches: Luce’s blog, titled “Me, Bobby, and the birds” is now up at www.cooksleepbird.blogspot.com and the fourth book in the Bob White Birder Murder Mystery series is on the press and expected to be shipping in a few more days.
My daughter is desperate to get a dog.
I, on the other hand, am not, especially since I have the distinct feeling that ‘her’ dog will end up being my long-term responsibility. Having already raised five children and outlived two cats, I’m not looking for another body to share the space my husband and I are finally beginning to reclaim for ourselves. Knowing that I probably couldn’t change my daughter’s feelings about getting a dog, I resolved to use reason to change her mind.
I’m really excited about my newest venture in relation to the Bob White Birder Murder Mysteries – beginning September 1, 2011, Bob’s girlfriend Luce Nilsson is going to be posting her own blog!
